How do I request a transfer?

Choose your journey type and enter your route and date. Add your passenger and luggage details, then send your enquiry directly by email or open the prepared WhatsApp message. Your trip is booked only once CzechWay confirms it with you.

Where will I meet my airport driver?

For an airport pickup, your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign and helps with your luggage. Share your flight number so we can follow your arrival. The exact meeting arrangements are confirmed before your trip.

Can you take us to our river cruise?

Yes. We arrange private transfers between Prague and Passau or Vilshofen, in either direction. Send your ship name, date and the docking or meeting details supplied by your cruise operator.

How much does a journey cost?

Request a quote for your route, date and group. CzechWay offers fixed transfer prices; the price and what is included are agreed before you confirm. Private tours and multi-day itineraries are quoted individually.

Can we plan a private day trip or a longer journey?

Yes. Ask about Český Krumlov, Kutná Hora, Moravia or a tailored journey in the Czech Republic and Europe. Let us know which places interest you and whether you would like a professional guide or additional activities.

What should I tell you about passengers and luggage?

Include the total number of travellers, the number and size of suitcases, and any special requirements. For children or bulky equipment, ask us to confirm suitable arrangements before booking.

When you send an email enquiry, your contact and journey details are submitted to our website server and emailed to CzechWay Transfers to answer your request. They are not saved in browser storage.

If you continue to WhatsApp, your details are passed to WhatsApp to prepare a message. Review it there before sending. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply. Email enquiries are processed through our hosting provider and email services.
